Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.

4. Mode and place of storing and processing the Data

The Owner takes modern technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure. Your user data will be stored anonymously for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

The Data processing is carried out using IT-Security-compliant computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated.

In order to provide you with this product, we use Google LLC online tools (see “Detailed information on the processing of Personal Data”). Your Data will be processed with modern IT-Security standards like SSL-Encryption. That means your personal information may be processed further and Google LLC is a Data Processor in this case. You can convince yourself of the reliability of this company in the following paragraph. In addition, your information will not be disclosed to any third party or otherwise.

The services contained in this section can be used to keep track of User behavior.

Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC)

Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google LLC.  In order to understand Google Firebases use of Data, consult Google's partner policy.

Firebase Analytics may share Data with other tools provided by Firebase, such as Crash Reporting, Authentication, Remote Config or Notifications. The User may check this privacy policy to find a detailed explanation about the other tools used by the Owner.

This Application uses identifiers for mobile devices and technologies like cookies to run the Firebase Analytics service.

Personal Data collected: Cookies, unique device identifiers, Usage Data and IDs (package names) from installed apps.

6. The rights of Users

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner of the application.

Users have the right to do the following:

• Right of access: The user's right to obtain from the controller, the confirmation as to the processing of their data and furthermore request to access their personal information.
• Right to rectification: The user's right to ensure that their personal data is accurate and updated as needed.
• Right to erasure or be forgotten: The user’s right to ask the controller for the erasure of their personal data without undue delay.
• Right to object and restriction of processing: The user's right to object to the processing of their data and even restrict it if they so desire.
• Right to data portability: The user's right to obtain their information in a structured and machine-readable format or have their data transferred to another organization if feasible.
• Right to be informed: The user's right to be informed of how and why their personal data is being processed. Also, they have the right to know if the data is being shared with other third-party. Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to us through the contact details provided in “Owner and Data Controller”.

However, your Personal Data is stored anonymously, and thus we cannot identify you (except your approximate location and your smartphone type, as well as error reports). We use services of Google LLC as a Data Processor for the provision of our services. If you want to take exercise your rights, we will probably pass your request on to Google LLC, because we do not have any insight into their data processing.

Legal action

The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Owner in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related Services.

The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.

System logs and maintenance

For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any Data Processors may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) use other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.

At our discretion, we may include or offer third party applications, products or services in our products. These third-party applications, products or services have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our products and welcome any feedback about these third-party links.

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page and possibly within this Application and/or - as far as technically and legally feasible - sending a notice to Users via any contact information available to the Owner.
