The Niagara Launcher branding assets must appear by themselves, with reasonable spacing between each side of the marks and other visual, graphic, or textual elements.
You may not use the Niagara Launcher branding assets in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Niagara Launcher without an express written permission and license from Niagara Launcher.
You may not use the Niagara Launcher trademarks to disparage Niagara Launcher, its products or services, or in a manner which, in Niagara Launcher’s sole discretion, may diminish or tarnish Niagara Launcher's goodwill in Niagara Launcher's branding assets. By using the Niagara Launcher's branding assets, you agree to follow these Niagara Launcher Trademark Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) as well as our Terms of Service and all other Niagara rules and policies. Niagara Launcher reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change this policy at any time at its sole discretion without notice.
These Guidelines apply to your use of the Niagara Launcher branding assets. You may use the Niagara Launcher branding assets solely for the purposes expressly authorized by Niagara. Strict compliance with these Guidelines is required at all times, and any use of the Niagara Launcher branding assets in violation of these Guidelines will automatically terminate any license related to your use of the Niagara Launcher branding assets.
You may not use the Niagara Launcher trademarks to refer to any other product or service other than Niagara Launcher.
When creating a product, app, website, or another service that uses or interacts with Niagara Launcher, use a unique name, logo, and design that cannot be confused with the Niagara Launcher trademarks. You should not apply for any trademarks or domains that include the Niagara Launcher trademarks or any other confusingly similar variations.
You acknowledge that all rights to the Niagara Launcher branding assets are the exclusive property of Niagara, and all goodwill generated through your use of the Niagara Launcher branding assets will inure to the sole benefit of Niagara. You will not take any action that is in conflict with Niagara’s rights in, or ownership of, the Niagara Launcher branding assets.
